About the Role

Career Maker Bahrain is seeking a qualified Instrumentation Engineer to join a client's team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting critical instrumentation within the Water Utilities or Industrial Sector, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of field data and control systems. Role Purpose and Impact

The Instrumentation Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining operational integrity by overseeing the installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments. This includes ensuring accurate data collection, reliable instrument performance, and seamless integration with existing control and monitoring systems, directly contributing to efficient water and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review instrument drawings, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), technical specifications, and installation requirements.
• Supervise calibration activities, loop testing, system commissioning, and site handover procedures.
• Inspect contractor work to verify compliance with approved standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues related to flow, pressure, level, and water-quality instruments.
• Maintain comprehensive technical records, calibration reports, and equipment documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an Instrumentation Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in the Water Utilities or Industrial Sector.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical documentation such as P&IDs and specifications.
• Strong understanding of instrument calibration, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot various types of process instruments.
