Manager of Influencer Marketing

About the Role

Well Way is seeking a Manager of Influencer Marketing to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing influencer businesses, overseeing advertising accounts, and developing commercial cooperation opportunities with brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage professional relationships with influencers and represent them to advertisers and brands.
• Handle advertising requests and commercial collaborations for influencers.
• Identify new advertising opportunities for influencers and work to increase their contracts and revenues.
• Negotiate advertising prices and contract terms to ensure mutual benefit for all parties.
• Prepare commercial offers and manage contracts and advertising agreements.
• Organize advertising schedules for influencers and coordinate filming and publishing dates.
• Monitor the implementation of advertisements and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Follow up on financial entitlements and coordinate with the financial administration.
• Prepare periodic reports on advertisements, revenues, and the performance of each influencer.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers, brands, and advertising agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong knowledge of the influencer market and social media advertising platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple influencers and advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• High proficiency in organization, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports, and using Microsoft Office programs.
• Previous experience in influencer business management or advertising sales is an advantage.
• Possession of a network of relationships with influencers or brands is an advantage.
