About the Role

Yusr Real Estate Development & Investment is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves contributing to the implementation and coordination of the company's marketing activities and initiatives, enhancing its market presence and identity. The specialist will follow up on marketing and advertising campaigns, coordinate with relevant parties, and analyze market trends to support company goals within the real estate development and investment sector. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement marketing initiatives in coordination with internal departments and external partners.
• Coordinate with marketing and advertising agencies to ensure campaign execution aligns with approved plans and timelines.
• Organize the company's presence at various events and activities to effectively reflect its identity and projects.
• Monitor promotional campaigns to ensure they meet objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct periodic market research, monitoring trends, competitors, customers, and marketing opportunities.
• Collect and analyze marketing data, providing summaries and recommendations to support marketing decisions.
• Oversee the launch of the company website and social media content.
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and initiatives consistent with the company's strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate with public relations firms regarding media activities and company appearances.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, measure results, and propose improvements.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in marketing management, preferably within real estate development companies.
• Demonstrated experience working with marketing and advertising agencies.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, market research, and report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting the marketing efforts of Yusr Real Estate Development & Investment within a dynamic sector.
