Role Overview

Jobskey Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman (High-Rise MEP Projects) to join a prestigious high-rise tower development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in supervising MEP mechanical installation works, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to project standards and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities on site.
• Lead and manage mechanical work crews, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and chilled water systems.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC Engineers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure adherence to project quality requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with civil, electrical, architectural, and other MEP teams.
• Monitor material usage, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Construction.
• Relevant trade certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, or MEP systems are an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supervising mechanical installation works.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building MEP projects.
• Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and chilled water systems.
• Experience working with main contractors on large commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Gulf experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills, a meticulous approach to quality and safety, and the ability to manage complex mechanical installations within a high-rise project environment. Effective communication and reporting abilities are also essential for this role.
