About the Opportunity

THC Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international organization with a strong market presence. This full-time position for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Summary

The Medical Science Liaison serves as a scientific expert and medical partner for healthcare professionals across Saudi Arabia. This role involves establishing and maintaining scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting medical education initiatives, facilitating scientific exchange, and contributing to the execution of medical strategies aligned with the organization's therapeutic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Deliver accurate, balanced, and evidence-based scientific information regarding products and therapeutic areas.
Support the implementation of medical affairs strategies and field medical plans.
Provide scientific support for product launches, lifecycle management, and medical education programs.
Identify medical insights and communicate findings to internal cross-functional teams.
Support investigator-initiated studies, clinical research activities, and medical projects where applicable.
Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, symposia, and medical conferences.
Deliver scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all activities comply with local regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A background that enables the delivery of scientific information and engagement with healthcare professionals is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, requiring collaboration with various internal departments including Commercial, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Affairs teams.
