Binzagr CO-RO LTD. is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining high product visibility and execution standards within assigned retail environments.

Role Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for executing comprehensive merchandising activities and ensuring high in-store execution standards for products. This role involves active management of product presentation and availability across various assigned retail locations, contributing directly to brand presence and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising activities across assigned outlets and according to established route plans.
• Ensure consistent product availability, timely shelf replenishment, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation principles.
• Implement planograms, brand blocks, Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), and secondary displays as per guidelines.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and uphold high in-store execution standards for all products.
• Monitor shelf cleanliness and ensure optimal overall brand visibility within retail spaces.
• Report out-of-stock situations and competitor activities accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with sales teams to resolve any in-store issues that may arise.
• Accurately capture execution records and store visit data using handheld systems or PDAs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of merchandising experience, specifically within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• A good understanding of merchandising fundamentals and retail execution best practices.
• Basic knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market dynamics and consumer landscape.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated punctuality and strong follow-up abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas as required to cover all designated outlets.
