About the Role

BCGDV is seeking a Middle East Credit Control Junior Specialist to join the Credit Control Team within Commercial Finance. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is a temporary role for a 9-month maternity cover. The specialist will act as a business partner to the Middle East business, focusing primarily on accounts receivable, invoice tracking, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts in tracking and collecting payments, including uploading invoices in Etimad and monitoring payment status.
  • Manage client relationships and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Prepare for MDP meetings and execute assigned actions.
  • Contribute to the monthly cash forecast and identify any gaps to support cash flow management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Wrike updates and ensure its consistent usage within the Credit Control Team.
  • Allocate payments for accounts under management.
  • Respond to all accounts receivable (AR) related queries, including Statements of Account (SoAs) and other documentation requests.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with both internal and external deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong motivation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of accounts receivable, financial reporting, and business reporting.
