Gamers Escape is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its multi-branch operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing operations across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, customer experience, and commercial growth across the company's gaming and F&B operations. The role requires a commitment to maintaining consistent service quality and brand standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring consistent service quality, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead manpower planning, staffing, shift coverage, training, and performance management for operational teams.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, maintenance schedules, equipment uptime, and operating costs.
• Drive revenue growth through corporate bookings, events, tournaments, partnerships, and new client acquisition initiatives.
• Oversee the Riyadh F&B operation, including kitchen and front-of-house activities, food quality, hygiene standards, food cost control, and inventory management.
• Plan and execute events, activations, tournaments, and brand partnerships.
• Monitor branch KPIs, budgets, revenue, footfall, costs, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and relevant licensing and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management or Hospitality, with at least 2 years in multi-branch or multi-location operations.
• Experience in Entertainment, Gaming/Esports, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail is preferred.
• Previous experience managing a restaurant or F&B operation is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Revenue Growth.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Riyadh, Jeddah, and Makkah.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
