Parade Spotter

About the Role

The Production Team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parade Spotter to support a large-scale temporary project in Riyadh. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth movement, positioning, safety, and coordination of parade participants, performers, vehicles, and props during both rehearsals and live event execution. The ideal candidate must be based in Riyadh and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the movement and positioning of parade performers, delegations, vehicles, and production elements along the designated route.
• Ensure participants are in correct locations and prepared for cue timings.
• Assist with participant marshalling, crowd flow management, and backstage coordination.
• Support rehearsals and live event operations, ensuring all movements align with the event plan.
• Observe and verify parade formations and transitions throughout the ceremony.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain radio communication and provide real-time updates to supervisors.
• Collaborate with event operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience (0-1 year) in events, live productions, ceremonies, sports events, festivals, or large-scale activations is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and responsive in high-pressure environments.
• Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, rehearsals, and event days.

This is a temporary position based in Riyadh, requiring proactive engagement in a dynamic event setting. The role demands excellent communication skills and situational awareness to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
