About the Performance Manager Role

Assembly Global is seeking a Performance Manager to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a performance marketing professional with a strong background in Paid Per Click (PPC) who is ready to advance their career within a dynamic agency setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Paid Search. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve strong performance outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the continued success of Assembly's performance marketing services across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results against client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and campaign audits to identify growth opportunities.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign forecasting.
Analyze performance data and produce clear reporting with actionable insights.
Collaborate with client services, strategy, and wider media teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
Stay informed on platform developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Support the testing of new products, features, and optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted day-to-day partner.

Required Qualifications and Skills

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, or digital media.
Strong hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns through Google Ads.
Solid understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and performance analysis.
Ability to work with data to identify trends and opportunities.
Strong technical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and collaborative team player who values building relationships.
Agency experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics platforms is advantageous.
