About Mfaheem Al Emar and the Role

Mfaheem Al Emar for Trading and Contracting is seeking a Planning Engineer to join our team for a full-time construction project located in Al-Muzahimiyah, West Riyadh. This role is based in the Riyadh region and is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in project planning and control.

Role Overview

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure the efficient execution of construction projects. This position involves tracking progress, preparing detailed reports, and proactively identifying potential delays. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the project team to achieve critical project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and monitor comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track project progress diligently and compare actual performance against planned targets.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential project delays and assist in developing effective recovery plans.
• Coordinate actively with various project teams, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support overall project controls activities to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a planning or project control capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in progress measurement, reporting, and delay analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 software and established project control procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate team collaboration.
