Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring the timely and quality-driven acquisition of materials and services for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored for various projects.
• Maintain a strong network of companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and specialized representatives for building materials, finishing materials, equipment, and construction services.
• Manage a comprehensive and up-to-date supplier database.
• Source competitive prices, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services with the required quality.
• Efficiently secure project requirements within specified timelines.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries from initiation to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies is required.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape.
• Must be a Saudi National.
