Role Overview

TachyHealth is seeking a Product Manager (MD) Insurance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a Medical Doctor (MD) with practical experience in healthcare insurance. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing technology-driven solutions that address industry challenges and improve healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, payers, clients, and internal cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design) to gather insights and validate product solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize, develop, and refine features that enhance user experience and optimize product functionality.
• Conduct research on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry trends to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
• Analyze product metrics, conduct user research, and iterate on features to continuously improve product performance and relevance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical Doctor (MD) qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in healthcare insurance.
• Understanding of the healthcare insurance ecosystem.
• Experience range: 2-5 years.
