The Role of Project Manager

Qamat construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience in construction project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-quality construction projects from mobilization through handover.

Key Responsibilities

Leading project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Managing project execution from mobilization to handover.
Monitoring and controlling project schedules and costs.
Managing consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in construction project management.
Demonstrated track record in leading project teams.
Solid experience in schedule and cost monitoring and control.
Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders effectively.
