The Recruitment Manager will lead and oversee the recruitment function for ICT and construction roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of high-volume hiring demands with a commitment to quality and compliance. This role will manage a dedicated team of recruiters, driving performance and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for ICT and Construction roles across multiple countries and projects.
  • Handle high-volume technical hiring requirements with a focus on aggressive timelines.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  • Implement structured recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with manpower needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 12 years of recruitment experience in ICT and technology sectors.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ICT roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
