Zeoof Group is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor for LA HAUT Maison et Ciel, a premium hospitality destination located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Role Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring consistent delivery of the highest standards of hospitality. This role involves leading and supporting the service team, monitoring guest satisfaction, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring strict compliance with established service, hygiene, and operational standards. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Lead, guide, and support waiters, hosts/hostesses, and other service team members.
• Ensure consistent compliance with restaurant service standards, procedures, and brand expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Ensure guests receive professional, efficient, and personalized service during their dining experience.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating daily priorities, reservations, special events, VIP guests, and operational updates.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, punctuality, and overall service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host team, and management for seamless service.
• Monitor table turnover, guest flow, reservations, and restaurant capacity during service.
• Support the team during busy periods and actively participate in service when required.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, restaurant presentation, and overall floor readiness.
• Monitor food and beverage service quality, ensuring accurate and efficient order delivery.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist management with daily operational reports, staff performance feedback, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members and provide continuous coaching to the service team.
• Monitor stock and operational requirements relevant to front-of-house service, reporting shortages or issues to management.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover between shifts.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent the LA HAUT brand standards at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a premium, fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and front-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a hospitality team.
