About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join its Railways division. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on customer engagement and sales support within the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare designated areas for meal services and counter operations.
• Arrange and display food and beverage items according to requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including allergens and ingredients.
• Process cash register transactions accurately and without deviation.
• Ensure proper turnover of cash sales for each shift.
• Engage with customers in assigned locations to build rapport.
• Propose strategies to meet daily sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling to customers.
• Provide excellent service and ensure pleasant business transactions with all customers.
• Monitor non-moving products to minimize wastage.
• Utilize food and beverage skills to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production areas to ensure timely service.
• Ensure that the environment and required equipment meet established standards.
• Prepare for and participate in all staff functions.
• Remain knowledgeable about offered products and discuss available options with customers.
• Assist in the service of food and beverages in designated areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School or Field Training Certificate.
• Food handling certificate.

Work Environment
