About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join its Railways division. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare designated areas for meal services and counter operations.
Arrange and display food and beverage items as required.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including allergens and ingredients.
Process cash register transactions accurately and without deviation.
Ensure proper handling of cash sales for each shift.
Engage with customers to understand their needs within your assigned location.
Propose strategies to meet daily sales targets.
Identify opportunities to upsell products to customers.
Provide excellent service and ensure pleasant business transactions with all customers.
Monitor slow-moving products to minimize waste.
Utilize food and beverage expertise to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with production areas to ensure timely service.
Ensure that the environment and required equipment meet established standards.
Participate in and prepare for staff functions.
Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
Assist in serving food and beverages in the respective areas.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience. A foundational understanding of sales principles and customer service is beneficial.
