About the Role

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Lead for Enterprise Technology Platforms to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on leading and shaping large, complex deals within the enterprise technology sector. You will be instrumental in driving strategic opportunities and collaborating with clients to address their critical transformation challenges.

Sales Capture Leadership

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end sales capture process for significant and intricate opportunities related to enterprise technology platforms. This includes defining and implementing winning strategies, managing competitive positioning, and developing pricing approaches. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to create compelling and differentiated client propositions that align with business objectives.

Client Engagement and Solutioning

A key aspect of this position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and business leaders. You will be responsible for understanding client priorities and translating them into transformational technology solutions, positioning Accenture as a strategic partner. This includes shaping integrated solutions that leverage software engineering and technology platform ecosystems, ensuring they are feasible, scalable, and deliver tangible business value and ROI.

Commercial Strategy and Deal Management

You will lead the commercial strategy for deals, encompassing structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations. This involves managing risks, governance, and compliance throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure the successful closure of high-value deals while meeting Accenture's profitability targets.

Business Development and Collaboration

This role also involves identifying and developing new business opportunities within target accounts and sectors, contributing to go-to-market strategies for enterprise platforms. You will collaborate closely with account teams, capability leads, and global experts to deliver the best of Accenture to clients, while also mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative sales culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales capture and deal shaping within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • A strong track record of leading and closing large, complex technology deals.
  • Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Red Hat, Cisco, Teradata, or enterprise software engineering solutions.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise IT transformation, cloud, and platform-based delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
