Sales Manager - Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices

RAWAJ is seeking a Sales Manager for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role offers an opportunity to leverage commercial abilities within a leading company specializing in the sector.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with private hospitals, expanding the customer base, and leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets. This position requires a strategic approach to sales growth and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with private hospitals to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Supervise and coach the sales team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and account status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven network with private hospitals in Riyadh.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing or coaching a sales team is considered a significant advantage.
• Industry experience specifically in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
