About the Role

Shining Pearl Industrial Co.,Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling high-quality WPC Doors and Aluminum Doors & Windows for residential and commercial projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be a Saudi National with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales position.

Role Overview

The Salesman will be responsible for engaging prospective customers using qualified leads provided by the company. Key activities include understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and converting inquiries into successful sales. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships while working towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers using company-provided leads.
• Introduce and promote the company's WPC doors and aluminum doors & windows.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining customer and sales records.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working with a growing team focused on manufacturing WPC Doors and Aluminum Doors & Windows. The salary range for this position is SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.
