Pre Salesman Ambient

About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Pre-Salesman - Ambient to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time role involves executing pre-sales calls according to a journey plan to achieve sales targets by selling all SKUs to customers and ensuring product availability, visibility, and replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated Journey Plans, ensuring no call exceptions or non-buying customers.
• Develop and refine routes by reporting new outlet openings and closings to the Sales Supervisor.
• Provide customers with suggested orders to maximize SKU availability by following recommended order guidelines.
• Record accurate stock of all relevant SKUs in each outlet.
• Replenish and display products according to merchandising policy to increase shelf space and off-take.
• Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of company assets (Chillers/Freezers), prohibiting non-SADAFCO products.
• Report maintenance issues and any misuse of assets by customers to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure Point of Sales (POS) material is displayed in outlets as per company policy.
• Oversee proper delivery of goods and collect payments according to terms.
• Ensure all Temporary Credit (TC) invoices are collected within the TC credit policy and properly filed with the relevant supervisor.
• Review and sign returned products from stores and reconcile them with the storekeeper as per company policy.
• Manage stock in stores and backrooms to prevent bad returns and damaged products.
• Complete all sales-related administration accurately and on time.
• Ensure daily collections are deposited with the cashier in a timely manner.
• Sync orders for delivery on the next working day after returning from the market.
• Complete daily Mobile Sales Force Application (MSFA) endorsement with the supervisor, discussing daily activity, market development opportunities, sales achievement against targets, and other KPIs.
• Maintain a clean designated vehicle and adhere to company standards for uniform and personal grooming.
• Exhibit professional behavior at all times as a representative of SADAFCO.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum High School diploma.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in van sales; pre-sales experience is a plus.
• Physically fit.

• Ability to build relationships with new customers.
