White Art Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing electrical systems for a variety of fit-out projects, from initial tendering through to project handover.

Role Overview

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems across commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects. The role requires a focus on ensuring technical compliance, quality, and project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate electrical designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and snagging procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and the quality of installations.
• Support tendering processes, estimation, procurement, and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site electrical teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing electrical system design and execution.

Required Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively within demanding fit-out schedules.
• Practical problem-solving skills for addressing site-related technical challenges.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
