About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Entertainment Strategy to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the strategic development of Qiddiya's entertainment assets, supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio. The role involves leading the early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Manager Entertainment Strategy is responsible for ensuring that new entertainment concepts align with Qiddiya's overarching strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets. This includes supporting the execution of entertainment asset class strategies to achieve the portfolio's vision and objectives, contributing to the foundational stages of development for future entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing entertainment asset class strategies to ensure the achievement of portfolio and assets' ambition, vision, and objectives.
• Manage early design stages of development (ideation, pre-concept, and concept) and contribute to all stages of development of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
• Develop project documentation for distribution, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programmes, strategy briefs, and various project matrices.
• Manage consultants, collaborate with IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
• Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (*, theme parks, family entertainment centres) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.
