As a key player in this ambitious national endeavor, the company is seeking experienced professionals to contribute to its large-scale developments. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning to join our team in Riyadh, a full-time position critical to our ongoing projects.

The Role: Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning

The Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure planning strategies essential for the successful execution of Qiddiya's projects. This pivotal role involves leading the planning process, ensuring all infrastructure initiatives are aligned with Qiddiya’s overarching vision and integrated into the broader development framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives, integrating them into Qiddiya's broader development framework.
Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities to support project goals.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support informed decision-making.
Monitor infrastructure planning progress, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvements to senior management.
Encourage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning or project management, particularly for large-scale developments.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Thorough understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and data.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using planning and project management software.
Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (*, PMP) are considered an advantage.
