About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Product Specialist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on managing product lifecycle and market engagement within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management strategies.
• Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
