About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Senior Specialist to join the Strategy Development Office (SDO). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives and driving key projects to achieve Qiddiya’s vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for a range of strategic and analytical tasks, including:

• Supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects across the organization.
• Conducting research and analysis on market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to inform senior management decision-making.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate project outcomes.
• Assisting in identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing mitigation strategies to optimize business performance.
• Facilitating cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry developments and innovations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business analysis, or project management.
