About the Role

PMs for Hire is seeking an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and overseeing the execution of smart home projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.

Role Overview

The Smart Home Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery of smart home installations and solutions. This includes coordinating across various teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and successfully deliver complex technology-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution, from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management within the Smart Home industry.
• Prior experience with smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory.
• Experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects.
