About the Role

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer specializing in Identity Security and IAM to join our team in the Middle East. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves serving as a primary technical authority and strategic advisor to customers in the region, influencing significant security investments. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by leading the technical sales cycle and positioning Cisco as a leader in security solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor to CISOs and senior executives, owning the technical win strategy. Your responsibilities include designing comprehensive solutions, conducting high-impact trials, and leading complex sales cycles to expand Cisco’s security footprint. You will leverage expertise in Zero Trust architecture, IAM, MFA, and PAM to secure both human and non-human identities. This involves leading discovery sessions, architecting solutions for specific customer threats and compliance needs, and delivering compelling demonstrations and workshops to highlight Cisco’s portfolio and demonstrate measurable security improvements and ROI.

Strategic Contribution

Beyond individual deal closures, you will establish yourself as a thought leader by translating emerging security trends into actionable customer value. This includes fostering a "One Cisco" approach to integrate identity security solutions with broader networking portfolios and cultivating customer advocates to influence product roadmaps. Your commitment to technical excellence and community engagement will be instrumental in solidifying Cisco’s reputation as a premier partner for enterprise identity security.

The role requires staying at the forefront of evolving AI trends and integrating cross-product solutions to address complex customer challenges.
