About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Staff Cafeteria Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting our hotel operations by ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining environment for all hotel colleagues. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness expected within an IHG property.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the staff cafeteria operates seamlessly, providing courteous service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Attendant will be responsible for serving meals, replenishing food and beverage items, and upholding strict food safety and IHG operational standards to support the well-being of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to hotel employees in a timely and courteous manner.
• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish supplies during service periods to ensure continuous availability.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafeteria, dining areas, and all service equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as mandated by regulations and IHG policies.
• Provide support to the kitchen team with various basic duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a similar service-oriented role, preferably within a hospitality or food service environment.
