The Role of Supply Chain Specialist

Awarid Trading is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities. The specialist will oversee demand planning, purchasing, and the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics for beauty and salon product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels across various locations.
  • Oversee stock control and manage branch-to-branch inventory transfers.
  • Track shipments and update system records accurately.
  • Ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal branch teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Optimize warehouse and branch inventory operations.
  • Maintain precise documentation for all supply chain activities.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. Experience in trading, retail, or beauty products distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in managing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Solid inventory management skills, including forecasting, stock control between branches, inter-branch transfer planning, and replenishment.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, logistics partners, and suppliers.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify inventory trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities across locations, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing operations across multiple locations and maintaining high accuracy in a dynamic environment.
