Role Overview

Cenomi Retail is seeking a Transformation Manager to support the CTO in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing and executing transformation programs, managing change effectively, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with Cenomi Retail’s strategic objectives. The Transformation Manager will bridge strategic intent with execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CTO’s transformation roadmap into actionable projects and workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on value creation, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement.
• Support governance of transformation programs through progress tracking, KPI reporting, and issue escalation.
• Develop and implement structured change management frameworks for major initiatives.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Identify resistance points and define mitigation plans in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Define transformation KPIs and establish performance dashboards.
• Promote a performance-driven, innovation-oriented culture across teams.
• Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate transformation outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align initiatives with budgets and timelines.
• Manage Transformation Committee reporting, ensuring regular updates to the CSTO and CEO.
• Drive adherence to transformation governance standards and reporting cadence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing change.
• Proficiency in defining KPIs and establishing performance dashboards.
• Strong collaboration skills for coordinating with various departments.
