About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the dining experience. The role focuses on maintaining the dining hall's readiness and cleanliness, alongside providing excellent service to guests.

Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for ensuring the dining area is prepared and maintained to high standards before and during service. This includes meticulous cleaning, organization, and presentation of the dining hall. The role also involves direct guest interaction and support for the Captain Waiter in various service-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with morning restaurant cleaning duties.
• Ensure all service utensils are cleaned prior to each service period.
• Support the Captain Waiter in setting up the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean personal appearance and high hygiene standards.
• Assist the Captain Waiter with mise en place preparation.
• Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Aid the Captain Waiter in serving food plates to guests.
• Change ashtrays and refill guest glasses with water during service.
• Clear tables after meals are completed and ensure they are cleaned.
• Transport all used plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the direction of the Captain Waiter, following instructions provided.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with minimal prior experience, requiring 0-1 years in a similar capacity. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and providing attentive service is essential. Candidates should be prepared to work full-time hours in a dynamic restaurant environment.
