In this pivotal role, you will be recognized as a trusted member of the finance team, supporting the finance lead in training and development activities. You will help cultivate best-in-class finance professionals and contribute to implementing innovations within EMEA Operations Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large volumes of complex financial data to create reports, forecasts, and projections.
Collaborate effectively to address and solve problems.
Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions.
Support the development of problem-solving skills in team members.
Take initiative in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing necessary elements for team responsibilities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with management and external customers.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
