About the Role:As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner and the accounting team. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing various financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records in alignment with our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with executives to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget-to-actual variances, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing financial projections and long-term financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support audit processes with necessary documentation.
- Streamline financial processes through technology and automation.
Qualifications & Key Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- +5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
