Join WSP in the Middle East as a Project Finance Analyst!WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
Responsibilities:- Conduct financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for infrastructure and capital projects.
- Support in the preparation of investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and project finance reports.
- Analyze project cash flows, cost structures, and returns to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, legal, and technical experts.
- Assist in due diligence, risk assessment, and financial close processes.
- Prepare and present reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project finance, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors.
- Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountant (SOCPA) registration is required (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and capital expenditure planning.
- Regional experience in the Middle East (ME) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
