Join Hill International as a Senior Budgeting Specialist!
As a pivotal member of our Engineering & Projects Division, you will support project management by overseeing budgeting and financial control across various projects. Your responsibilities will include cost tracking, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ensure all projects remain compliant and on target financially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform project management tasks as directed by the manager.
• Implement procedures for budgeting and financial record keeping.
• Follow the cost coding system for efficient financial tracking.
• Develop and analyze project budgets and forecasts.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and manage cash flow.
• Prepare detailed budget reports.
• Ensure compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in budgeting within major national/international initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of project budgeting processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
