We are seeking a highly skilled Hairdressing Manager or Professional Barber to work in a distinguished salon in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of our team, you will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of the Saudi hairdressing market and the ability to provide high-quality professional services while efficiently managing salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• If applying as a Manager:
  • Oversee daily salon operations.
  • Manage the team of barbers and organize work schedules.
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Contribute to improving salon standards and increasing sales.
• If applying as a Professional Barber:
  • Provide all barbering and grooming services expertly.
  • Perform modern and classic haircuts as per customer requests.
  • Care for beards and perform trims using the latest techniques.
  • Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Work cooperatively with the team and comply with salon policies.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in hairdressing (preferably 5 years or more).
• Proven experience in the Saudi hairdressing market.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Skilled in handling various hair types and styles.
• Professional appearance and good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to discipline and punctuality.
