As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests and members. Your responsibilities will include evaluating guest satisfaction and establishing departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring compliance with high standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, stock controls, and work schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of fixtures and appliances.
- Monitor team performance and facilitate ongoing training.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with all hotel areas and external customers.
- Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping and laundry team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a managerial capacity.
- Track record of managing teams effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly with property management systems.
