About Manazel Modern Homes

Manazel Modern Homes, a leading company in contracting and real estate development, is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the financial accounts for construction projects and investment real estate units.

Role Overview

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations related to the company's diverse portfolio of construction and real estate development projects. This includes meticulous financial tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and audit statements for clients, owners, and subcontractors.
Monitor construction costs and compare them against estimated project budgets.
Track payments and installments from real estate development clients and ensure proper accounting treatment.
Record daily accounting entries, reconcile site trusts, and monitor cash flows.
Prepare periodic reports on the profitability of construction projects and real estate unit sales.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years in the contracting or real estate development sector is a fundamental requirement.
Proficiency in accounting software (ERP Systems) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of the documentary cycle for cost accounts, payments, and real estate taxes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated professional to manage financial accounts within a dynamic environment focused on construction and real estate development projects.
