Role Summary
As a Social Media Manager, you will craft and manage our client's social media strategy, encompassing content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking, all while infusing your understanding of Saudi culture into your strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored for the Saudi market.
• Create engaging content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Engage with online communities in both Arabic and English.
• Manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor social conversations and respond to crises effectively.
• Produce insightful performance reports to guide strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• 47 years of experience in social media management, particularly in sports marketing or agencies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and campaign management tools.
• Adept at handling fast-paced environments and crisis communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive or entertainment sectors.
• Basic design and editing skills with tools like Canva or Adobe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage impactful content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
• Plan a dynamic content calendar that leverages timely cultural moments for enhanced brand relevance.
• Engage actively with the online community to boost participation and sentiment.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform content strategies and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors and influencers to ensure content quality and brand consistency.
• Supervise cross-functional projects and guide junior contributors or interns, fostering best practices in digital content execution.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; certifications in social media management preferred.
• Experience: 35 years managing social media for consumer brands within the B2C sector, familiarity with the GCC region, and fluency in Arabic.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, proficiency in performance tracking tools, and strong copywriting abilities in English and Arabic.
• Unique Attributes: Highly creative storytellers with strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to new trends.
