Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning process and oversee the finance organization.
- Promote accuracy in financial reporting and forecasting.
- Provide business and financial guidance to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Align the financial forecast with production forecasts by collaborating with production and sales teams.
- Develop financial information systems and manage the operating plan cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of finance experience, preferably in the FMCG or Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in commercial finance, controlling, and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
