About the Role

Al Woroud Real Estate Investment is seeking a professional and proactive Commercial Leasing Officer to manage the marketing and leasing of the company's major commercial properties in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on proactive marketing, building relationships with key tenants and businesses, and closing significant leasing deals, rather than solely responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations governing landlord-tenant relationships.
• Utilize persuasive sales skills to highlight property strengths and close deals effectively.
• Employ CRM and statistical software for market analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate business development.
• Proven experience working with major commercial centers, administrative towers, or luxury residential properties.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using property management systems and professional handling of messaging and email applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with various tenant categories.
• Advanced courses in Commercial Property Management.
