Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sell-Out and Build Market Share:
- Increase sales performance and execute strategies to meet targets.
- Manage store fundamentals including visibility, availability, and inventory rotation.
- Establish strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Lead a team of beauty advisors in retail and duty-paid stores.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Track individual performance and responsibilities.
- Report field activities and product performance.
- Prepare presentations and conduct business reviews.
- Utilize analytical skills in daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High selling and retail skills with knowledge in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
