Your Responsibilities:
- Pickup and Delivery: Safely collect and deliver shipments within your designated area.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and resolve customer inquiries.
- Shipment Handling: Handle shipments with care and manage documentation accurately.
- Route Management: Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Vehicle Operation & Safety: Safely operate the company vehicle and perform daily inspections.
- Technology Use: Utilize handheld scanners and company technology for tracking.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Your Profile:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean record.
- Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and basic to intermediate Arabic.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift packages and remain active.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for customer satisfaction.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Strong sense of responsibility.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
