About the Role:
Join Citiscape as a Purchasing Engineer working on the Qiddiya Project Site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to our operations, specializing in procurement for large-scale construction, landscaping, and infrastructure projects.

Preferred Candidate:
Previous experience in Mega or Giga Projects like Red Sea, Qiddiya, NEOM, etc., is highly desirable. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Join Citiscape as a Purchasing Engineer working on the Qiddiya Project Site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to our operations, specializing in procurement for large-scale construction, landscaping, and infrastructure projects.
Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of landscaping materials, infrastructure-related supplies, components, finishes, and items.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best price and quality.
- Coordinate with project engineers and teams to understand material requirements.
- Issue RFQs, prepare purchase orders, and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, material alternatives, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with logistics to manage inbound shipments and ensure compliance.
- Support in contract administration to align procurement with budgets and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and QHSE procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in procurement or purchase engineering.
- Experience in sourcing for resorts, amusement parks, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vendor standards and logistics practices.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate:
