Join Asas Althbat as a Real Estate Sales Agent!
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage clients and close property deals effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify real estate leads from various sources and manage your pipeline.
  • Present properties, explaining their features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and client meetings, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals within approved limits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for reservations, contract signing, and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate updates in the CRM (client notes, status, actions).
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets related to leads, meetings, offers, and revenue.
  • Collect market insights and client feedback to inform strategies.
  • Support client handover and post-sale coordination as needed.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:
  • 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a disciplined follow-up approach.
  • Proficient in CRM/ERP tools and MS Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
