Join Kanz as a Real Estate Sales Agent
Your main role will be to market rental properties while maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
  • Lead Generation & Tenant Prospecting: Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain an updated tenant database.
  • Negotiation & Leasing Closing: Negotiate rental prices and lease terms, and prepare necessary documents.
  • Reporting: Submit weekly reports to the leasing manager and update daily activities in the CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing
  • 1 to 3 years of real estate experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional presentation
  • A valid driving license
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Proficient in CRM/ERP tools and MS Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
