About the Opportunity

شركة مرباب العقارية is seeking a Part-time Real Estate Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This opportunity is based at the company's location within Roshan Front, Riyadh, offering a role focused on direct client engagement and sales execution in the real estate sector.

Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client interactions and facilitating property sales transactions. This position requires a professional approach to sales, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively guide clients through the purchasing process within the Riyadh real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.
• Presenting available properties and providing comprehensive information to clients.
• Executing sales operations and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Maintaining a professional image and delivering excellent communication throughout all client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.
• Proficiency in computer use and ownership of a laptop or tablet device.
• Demonstrated professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and complete sales transactions.
• Preferred: Residency in Sidra district or areas in close proximity to Roshan Front.
• Preferred: Fluency in English.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This is a part-time position with a structured work schedule of 6 hours daily, 6 days a week. The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary in addition to performance-based commissions. Commissions have the potential to reach up to 10,000 Saudi Riyals per month, contingent on individual sales performance.
