The Role of Sales Coordinator

Autobia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational support for the sales team. This full-time position, based in Dhahran, Eastern region, is critical for maintaining consistency within the expanding sales team, which serves diverse sectors and customers. The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience and will work closely with the sales team and other departments to convert opportunities and customer requests into closed deals, ensuring no potential business is overlooked. This role requires strong organizational discipline and a business-oriented approach to translate opportunities into actionable steps, enhancing accuracy and regularity within a rapidly growing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily tasks and organize operational workflows, including prioritizing, preparing weekly meeting materials, and following up on decision implementation, coverage plans, and visits.
• Conduct daily follow-up on the sales pipeline, updating statuses and alerting representatives to stagnant opportunities.
• Monitor new opportunities from customer requests, incomplete price offers, and inactive accounts, converting them into clear tasks and ensuring follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as operations, finance, and procurement.
• Follow the business cycle from price offer to purchase order, delivery, and collection, ensuring document completion and data accuracy at each stage.
• Escalate pending cases to relevant parties and follow up until closure, keeping representatives informed.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and representative performance indicators, continuously adjusting the quality of customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the development of sales team work procedures, operational guides, and templates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least one year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or commercial operations, with a preference for experience in a B2B environment or a fast-growing startup.
• High organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into executive steps.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using CRM systems for reporting.
• Ability to respond quickly and commit to deadlines.
• Experience in the automotive spare parts, distribution, or supply chain sector is an advantage.
