The Senior Pharmacy Technician at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) plays a crucial role in providing operational support within the pharmacy department. The responsibilities include a variety of medication-related tasks essential for the smooth functioning of pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and organizing medication supplies.
- Labeling and documenting medications for distribution.
- Repacking medication dosage forms under pharmacist supervision.
- Compounding sterile and non-sterile preparations with a licensed pharmacist.
- Managing medication stock levels and providing support in inventory management.
- Transporting pharmaceuticals efficiently throughout JHAH.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Automated Drug Dispensing (ADD) Machines.
- Conducting unit inspections for safe storage of medications.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Diploma Degree from a recognized Saudi Arabian Health Institute or equivalent.
- SCFHS license required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmacy field.
- Basic English language skills; Arabic is not required.
